*We Are Hiring: Customer Service Representative – Medical Center*
A reputable medical center is seeking a *Customer Service Representative* with prior experience in healthcare or clinic settings to provide exceptional support to our patients and visitors.
*Key Responsibilities:*
– Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
– Schedule appointments and manage bookings efficiently
– Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records
– Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth service flow
– Manage patient complaints and resolve issues promptly
– Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction at all times

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
