Job Description

Required a Female “Customer Service Agent” for a Medical Center in Kuwait.

-Requirements:
– ⁠Previous Experience in Call Center.
– ⁠Resolve patients inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
– ⁠Respond to patients inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
– ⁠Stay up-to-date with center services and policies to provide accurate information.
– ⁠Salaries starting from 450KWD and Competitive Commission package depends on yrs of experience.
– ⁠Bachelors degree or equivalent.
– ⁠English second language is preferable.
– 18 visa Transferable
– Local Hire in Kuwait
