Required Delivery Platform Control Specialist

– Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

– Platform & Operations Expertise:

Experience managing or monitoring digital delivery platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.)

– Familiarity with backend platform operations, order flow, delivery logistics, and customer support procedures

– Ability to manage multiple vendor accounts and ensure platform compliance

Responsibilities:

– Monitor order accuracy, delivery times, and platform issues in real-time

– Coordinate with restaurant branches, couriers, and support teams to resolve issues

– Track performance metrics (cancellations, delays, customer ratings)

– Manage menu updates, item availability, and platform promotions

Technical Skills:

– Proficient in Excel, dashboard tools, and POS systems

– Strong attention to detail for data accuracy and order tracking

Skills:

– Excellent communication in both

– Arabic and English

– Able to work in fast-paced, tech-driven environments

– Strong coordination and time management skills
