Job Description
REQUIRED EXECUTIVE CHEF
Local or overseas candidates
- Responsible for overseeing all Central Kitchen related activities which include menu development, new recipes creation in collaboration with the Direct Manager, Development Chef and External Parties, managing and training staff on how to apply new cooking techniques and utilize equipment, and ensuring the delivery of pre-cooked food materials to the designated Restaurants. In addition to continuously monitoring the quality. of purchased ingredients to maintain Company’s required quality standards’ level.
- Manage the daily activities of the Central Kitchen and Kitchen Employees across different locations and constantly provide employee with the necessary guidance and support and ensure that all food items are prepared professionally in accordance with Company standard recipes, presentation guidelines, etc. while minimizing waste.
- Assist in developing the Department’s annual budget, as well as cascading it to the Units’ level (where applicable) in collaboration with the Direct Manager and ensure that all employees are working according to the assigned budget.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the same or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Kitchen Apprenticeship, Culinary Arts, or any related field.
