المهام الوظيفية:
تنسيق وتجهيز باقات الورد والتصاميم الزهرية بشكل احترافي.
اختيار أنواع الزهور وتناسق الألوان حسب رغبة العميل والمناسبات المختلفة.
الحفاظ على جودة ونضارة الزهور والعناية بها بشكل صحيح.
تنفيذ طلبات العملاء بدقة وتسليمها في الوقت المحدد.
المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب المحل/منطقة العمل.
تقديم خدمة عملاء ودّية واحترافية.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
يُفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال تنسيق الزهور.
حس إبداعي وذوق فني عالٍ في التصميم والتنسيق.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد.
دقة في العمل واهتمام بالتفاصيل والجودة.
مهارات تواصل جيدة ومظهر مهني لائق.

Job Responsibilities:

– Create and arrange flower bouquets and floral designs professionally.

– Select appropriate flowers and color combinations based on customer preferences and occasions.

– Ensure proper care, freshness, and quality of flowers.

– Handle customer orders accurately and complete them on time.

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop/work area.

– Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Required Qualifications:

– Previous experience as a Florist is preferred.

– Creative mindset with a strong sense of design and aesthetics.

– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

– Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

– Good communication skills and professional appearance.
