Required Food & Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic F&B Operations Manager to lead and develop our fine dining restaurants.

Requirements:

– 5 to 7 years of managerial experience in F&B operations at a senior level (casual dining required).
– Strong leadership, team management & staff development skills Proven expertise in cost control, budgeting & P&L management Experience in supplier negotiation, procurement & inventory control
– In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and local regulations
– Ability to develop & implement SOPs for operational efficiency
– Strong menu engineering, pricing strategy & product development skills
– Experience in customer service enhancement & guest relations
– Ability to analyze sales reports & implement business growth strategies
– Expertise in expanding restaurant concepts, new openings & market positioning
– Familiarity with restaurant software, POS systems & digital transformation
– Ability to work under pressure & manage multiple outlets (if applicable) Excellent communication, problem-solving & decision-making skills
