REQUIRED FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Movenpick Hotel Kuwait
Providing sincere, warm and enthusiastic service by you and all team
members. Strive for unique experiences and guest loyalty.
Supporting, training, and supervising front office staff. Assure compliance to
policy and standards.
Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time
to improve guests’ experience. Create memorable moments.
Handling customer complaints and special requests. Assure timely responses
and manage guest satisfaction.
Manage team scheduling, development and HR related tasks.
Preparing management reports on customer feedback, bookings, and
cancellations. Assure data and records are up to date.
Managing the departmental budget.
Champion of effective service delivery, ACCOR values and membership
program.
INTERPERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS NEEDED
Higher education degree is required.
Fluent English and Arabic speaker required (Native Arabic Speaker preferred)
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills. Mentor and Example.
Proven working knowledge of revenue & yield management.
Proven experience with relevant software programs and digital systems
Proven experience with security and life safety processes.
Familiarity with compiling and analyzing data.
Ability to deal with diverse cultures.
Energetic, engaging and self-driven with positive attitude.
