Job Description
Required Horeca Manager
locally from Kuwait with F&B retail experience only Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management or related field.
•Proven work experience as an Horeca Manager or in a similar capacity in F&B retail.
Strong knowledge of the food service industry and regulations.
• A strong understanding of food preparation, presentation and guest satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
•Expanding sales channels, including coffee shops, bakeries, health clubs, and similar locations.
•Review & analyse sales reports & schedules from all sales representatives.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans for sales representatives, outlining a list of sales
points to be visited within those timeframes.
• Conduct monthly performance evaluations of sales representatives, considering sales & returns,
recording results for year-end assessment.
• Handle all complaints related to sales representative behaviour, product quality, and customer
relations, maintaining the company’s positive image.
