A FOOD INDUSTRY FACTORY IS HIRING

Required HR Officer

▪️Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all HR department operations.
• Handle employee and labor relations matters.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports to support decision-making.
• Manage payroll, employee benefits, and leave tracking.
• Maintain and update employee records (both electronic and paper-based).
• Follow up on administrative matters (residency, insurance, vehicle licenses, company licenses).
• Lead recruitment efforts based on organizational needs.

▪️Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Officer.
• Transferable visa is required.
• Strong command of the Arabic language is highly preferred due to frequent interaction with Arabic-speaking staff and documentation.
