Required HR Specialist
•Managing various aspects of HR Operations, including employee
documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding, and HR audits.
. Creating, implementing, and administering human resources
policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant
with statutory requirements and guidelines.
• Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and
clarifications on policies and their application.
To deliver an effective generalist HR service through efficient
planning and execution of work processes and policies.
•To verify and help process all employment contract-associated
paperwork in accordance with Company procedures & policies
and Kuwait Labour Law.
• To maintain professional confidentiality regarding employee
personnel and company-sensitive information.
To identify, analyses and solve HR issues and contribute to HR
process re-engineering as required.
Requirements & Skills:
•Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.
Have a minimum experience of3 years in an HR field.
•Have in-depth knowledge of employment laws & statutory requirements.
Well versed with Kuwait labour laws.
•Have a good understanding of HR policies & procedures.
•Organised, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Language: Arabic & English.
• Has a car and a Kuwaiti driving licence.
