Job Description

Required Human Resource Manager
Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily HR operations, including employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and HR policies.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws.
• Maintain HRIS and employee data accurately.
• Support recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

• Ensure confidentiality and high ethical standards in all HR matters.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, Kuwait.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, HR operations, and Kuwait labor law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
