Required Information Technology Manager

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT management or system administration, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial institutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with server management, network configuration, and firewall administration.
• Proficiency in AWS Cloud Services (EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Familiarity with endpoint management, Active Directory, and Office 365 Admin Console.
• Experience managing hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Strong knowledge of IT security standards, data encryption, and incident response planning.
• Exposure to CBK, PCI-DSS, or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
• Experience in vendor management, IT procurement, and budgeting.
