KUWAIT DRILLING FLUIDS & OIL SERVICES
REQUIRED IT MANAGER
Are you a seasoned IT professional looking to create meaningful impact? At Kuwait
Drilling Fluids & Oil Services (KDF), we’re seeking an IT Manager who can blend hands- on technical expertise with forward-thinking leadership. In this role, you’ll shape our overall technology strategy and help propel KDF toward greater efficiency and
sustainability.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Strategic Leadership: You’ll spearhead IT initiatives from infrastructure upgrades to digital transformation projects ensuring our technology aligns with and fuels business objectives.
* Digitalization & Dashboard Creation: You’ll drive the development of real-time dashboards and analytics tools, turning raw data into actionable insights that guide decision-making across the organization.
-Systems Integration: You’ll lead the integration of various software platforms (ERP systems, cloud solutions, etc.) to streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and
optimize data flow.
– Cybersecurity & Compliance: You’ll develop robust frameworks to protect our data and ensure compliance with international standards, safeguarding our organization’s digital assets.
* Team Development: You’ll mentor an IT team, fostering a collaborative culture that drives innovation and continuous improvement.
Process Optimization: Through automation and modern tools, you’ll transform workflows, increase efficiency, and empower teams with data-driven insights.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Proven Experience
You bring at least 10 years of IT leadership, ideally backed by a bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science (Master’s is a plus).
Technical Expertise
From ERP systems to cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and data analytics, you have a broad skill set to keep systems running securely and efficiently.
People & Budget Management
You’re adept at managing vendor relationships, overseeing budgets, and leading high- performing teams.
Passion for Innovation
You thrive on identifying emerging technologies that add value, whether by enhancing data visualization, automating workflows, or driving new digital initiatives.
