Job Description

Required IT Team Leader

Job Location: Egypt

* Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to develop and maintain software products.
* Set clear objectives, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure project deadlines are consistently met.
* Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle,ensuring high-quality and efficient processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project
requirements and align software solutions with business needs.
* Identify and mitigate risks or bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring team
members and promoting best practices in software development.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in IT to
enhance team capabilities and product quality
