Job Description

Required IT Technical Support

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems technology or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in IT support or related areas (CompTIA A+, MCSA) are preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in technical support roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • Skills: Strong problem -solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and the ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
