Required Office Assistant

Job brief

We are a skincare company looking for a hard-working and dedicated assistant to be responsible for administrative and clerical duties to ensure efficiency a smooth running in our office. The assistant should provide reliable support to the manager, staff, and office visitors, handles assigned office tasks and monitors office operations to increase efficiency and quality.

Our ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a strong attention to detail and discretion, and has excellent communication, interpersonal, & organizational skills; and is willingly open to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.

• Performing assigned office tasks, such as data entry, answering phones, taking messages, writing and sorting mail, maintaining and updating filing, etc.

• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.

• Monitor the level of supplies.

• Maintaining positive relationships with vendors, clients, and coworkers.

• Perform receptionist duties when needed

• Planning and preparing for office events, such as meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.

• Learn essential new skills for the advance of the company.

Assistant Requirements:

• Female, age (25-35)

• Transferrable No.18 Kuwait residency.

• A high school diploma.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

• A working knowledge and experience with administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

• Good analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

• A good proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).

• Being open to learn and develop new skills.

• Place & Working hours : Shuwaikh, from 10:00 am -3:00 pm

• Salary 180- 200KD + Transportation
