Job Description
Required Online Charging Operation Engineer
– Ensure Online & unified product catalogue, digital & seamless customer experience through integrating Online charging services/offers, product catalogue, and subscription management with all customer channels (Mobile App, USSD, SMS, IVR, Website, KIOSK, CRM and agent portal).
– E2E product planning & execution: Capturing & finalizing business requirement, High & Low level design, Utilizing Existing Services, Products & offering & Tariff features, integration with upstream (Channels, Middleware, Mobile App, ERP, CRM, DMS, DWH, BigData) and downstream (Billing & Core network nodes MSCs, HSSs, PCRF, UGW) systems, planning & aligning stakeholders, configuration changes & CRs, UAT, go live & post live analysis and reporting.
– Familiar with different online charging services & features (ex: Calls/SMS/Data Bundles, Hybrid Subscriptions, Roaming tariff and offers CAMEL & USSD-Call-Back Roaming, IVR/USSD topup, Home Zone, Multi-Account, Money Transfer, Friends & Family, Loyalty Programs, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Discount & Bonus…
– Excellent Experience in Tariff administration and implementation of Marketing promotions and new offering and Services
– Operation and support of IN services, physical & eVoucher recharges, PCRF, SMSC, IVR, USSD platforms
– Communication protocols and interfaces: MAP, CAMEL, SS7/SIGTRAN, DIAMETER, HTTP, APIs
– Alarm handling, fault reporting, follow up open cases, backup & routine tasks, Doc update, R&R procedure…etc.
– Integration, commissioning, services acceptance testing.
– Subscribers dumps, mass changes, Migrations
– Linux OS access, Script programming (sh and awk).
– Performance, Statistics, reporting.
– Responsible for the security, Confidentiality, and Integrity of all information assets within responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies
