Job Description

Required Operation Manager

(Preferably with experience in application-based businesses)

Lebanese or Jordanian nationality

Age: 25–35

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Oversee vendor operations, including managing existing vendors and onboarding new ones.

 

Act as an account manager to ensure smooth communication and performance tracking.

 

Coordinate daily updates and follow-ups with the Customer Service and IT teams to ensure efficient workflow and issue resolution.
