Job Description

Required Operations Officer

Job Duties:
* Enter and update customer data and orders on the system
* Follow up on website requests
* Making order invoices
* Package and process orders for delivery
* After-sales service (ensure order arrive and customer satisfaction assessment)

Working Hours: Daily from 9 am to 8 pm
Friday is a holiday
Basic salary of 250 JDs + bonus according to its contribution to the development and organization of the work

Job Requirements: Be aware of the use of Excel or learnable programs that are organized / accurate on time and do not require a specific certificate

Note: The work team is women, we do not accept male applicants
