Required Production Manager

3-5 years of experience in production management (commercials, branded content, or film)
Strong understanding of production workflows (pre-production, shoot, post).
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience with location scouting, casting, and logistics coordination.
Familiarity with the Kuwaiti production ecosystem ,vendors, equipment houses, and local authorities.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, or Business is a plus
