Required Project Manager

Must have Design project management background.
Has worked as Lead or Senior Architect.
Gained 10-12 years’ experience in large scale design projects.
Worked in a multidisciplinary consultancy environment.
Has Software experience using CAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Project.
Has knowledge and experience of scheduling, planning methods and tools.
Has knowledge and experience of conditions of contracts, design processes and standards.
Understands International codes and standards, local regulations and standards related to projects.
Education
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Design or Engineering.
Certifications & Memberships
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI).
Essential Skills
Has excellent communication in English (Arabic is desirable).
A relationship builder with key parties and stakeholders.
Demonstrates collaborative working in teams.
Possesses a high level of problem-solving ability.
Proactive, takes initiative to plan ahead.
Has high attention to detail and takes pride in accurate information.
Manages work to time and deadlines.
Can coordinate many variables across teams.
