Job Description
Required Project Manager
* Education & Certifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture
o PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
* Experience:
o 10–15 years in consultancy or client-side PM/CM roles.
o Proven track record managing mid- to large-scale projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure) in Kuwait or GCC.
o Experience negotiating with subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
* Technical Skills:
o Expertise in cost estimation, value engineering, change management, and FIDIC based contract administration.
