Job Description

Required Quantity Surveyor
๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:
* Bachelorโs degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control procedures
* Proficient in MS Office and industry-specific software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or cost management tools
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail
* Effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
* Familiarity with local construction regulations, standards, and legal frameworks
