We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to perform detailed quantity take-offs

for our construction and fitout projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical

skills, attention to detail, and experience in quantity surveying.

Responsibilities:

◆ Perform detailed quantity take-offs from project

drawings and specifications.

◆ Prepare accurate and comprehensive quantity take-

off sheets.

◆ Collaborate with the estimation team to provide

necessary quantity data.

◆ Review and verify quantities provided by

subcontractors and suppliers.

◆ Maintain up-to-date records of quantity take-offs for

all projects.

◆ Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities.

◆ Ensure all quantity take-off activities comply with

industry standards and project requirements.

Qualifications:

◆ Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related

field.

◆ Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity take-

off activities.

◆ Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

◆ Proficiency in quantity take-off software and tools.

◆ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

→ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
