Job Description

We are currently looking to hire Recruitment Coordinator (female), preferred Filipino with following requirements
• Responsible for sourcing candidates for all positions ensuring that headcount has been approved prior to recruitment
• Responsible for interviewing candidates for entry to mid-level positions
• Appropriate use of recruitment channels as agencies, social media, job boards taking into consideration the recruitment budget
• Manage and coordinate the selection and assessment process based on the requirements set by the company
• Work with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely cost-effective recruitment and selection process
• Provide feedback to candidates at each stage of the process
• Carry out all the administrative duties in the recruitment process such as arranging for interviews
