Job Description
Required Recruitment Officer
Company: Kuwait Engineering Bureau
Location: Kuwait City
Preference: VISA 18 Transferable
Requirement: Effectively and efficiently fill open vacancies.
· Maintain an up-to-date and accurate lists of vacancies as per the manpower plan and calendar.
· Regularly follow-up with Managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans and its implementation.
· Source candidates internally, through company database, referrals, job postings in newspapers, professional organizations, online portals, etc. and recruitment agencies locally and overseas as per job requirements.
· Screen CVs and interview candidates as per best practice.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews for first- and second-line interviewer.
· Follow up with candidates and inform them about their rejection and selection.
· Submit at least 3 sholtristed candidates for every vacancy and obtain the approval of Senior HR Manager.
· Prepare job offers, employment contracts and duty commencement forms.
· Send regret letters for all interviewed candidates who were not selected.
