Job Description
Required IT Team Leader
Job Location: Egypt
Oversee the development and management of software products while ensuring timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration within the team to meet organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to develop and
maintain software products.
• Set clear objectives, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to
ensure project deadlines are consistently met.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle,
ensuring high-quality and efficient processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project
requirements and align software solutions with business needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks or bottlenecks to ensure smooth
project execution.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring team
members and promoting best practices in software development.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with
stakeholders.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular
status reports to senior management.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in IT to
enhance team capabilities and product quality
