Required Resident Engineer
Extensive, hands-on experience managing Dell Thin Clients (preferably with ThinOS) in a secure environment.
Proven expertise in the configuration and troubleshooting of banking peripherals: biometric devices, card readers, scanners, and compatible printers.
Strong working knowledge of Wyse Management Suite and Admin Policy Tool for device and security management.
Understanding of endpoint device compliance, software/firmware updates, and asset lifecycle management.
Solid background in information security, including deployment and management of multi-factor authentication (MFA) and cryptographic controls in banking or other regulated industries.
Experience applying and enforcing security frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., FIPS, SAML MFA, RADIUS-based authentication).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills—capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Industry certifications in Dell, Microsoft, Citrix, or VDI solutions are desirable.
