Job Description
Required Resident Engineer
*. Must hold a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology Systems, or equivalent higher academic degrees related to information technology, communications, or electronics.
*. Passing the personal interview conducted by the Information Systems Management is a mandatory requirement for acceptance.
*. Must have in-depth experience in preparing tenders, planning and designing infrastructure, and providing technical consultancy.
*. Must have experience in managing large-scale projects.
*. Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of practical experience in the field of computing and information technology, and a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in the operation, maintenance, and management of the devices covered by the tender.
*. Must have the ability to monitor and manage primary service devices and resolve any urgent issues related to any device.
*. Must be proficient in both Arabic and English, in written and spoken communication.
*. Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle. *. Must have experience with large-scale primary storage devices.
*. Should hold the following certifications or their equivalents:
– Dell Certified Systems Expert (DCSE)
– Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
– Specialist – Technology Architect, Midrange Storage Solutions Version 2.0
– VCE Certified Converged Infrastructure Engineer (VCE-CIDE)
– Specialist – Implementation Engineer, SC Series Version 1.0
– Converged Systems and Hybrid Cloud
– Specialist – Implementation Engineer, VxRail Appliance
– VMware Certified – Data Center Virtualization
– VMware Technical Solutions Professional (VTSP)
