Indoor & Outdoor Sales Executive

SOLID Showrooms is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Indoor & Outdoor Sales Executive to expand our business, generate new opportunities, and deliver an outstanding customer experience both inside the showroom and in the Kuwait construction market.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom, providing professional product consultation and design solutions.
* Visit construction projects, contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and design offices to generate new business opportunities.
* Promote the company’s products and design services through professional presentations, catalogs, and product samples.
* Prepare quotations and pricing proposals for products and related design services (excluding aluminum façade pricing).
* Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and project opportunities until closing.
* Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in coordination with management.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and end users.
* Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Factory, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Monitor ongoing projects and identify additional sales opportunities.
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the company’s system.
* Submit weekly reports covering showroom activities, client visits, sales pipeline, opportunities, and business development progress.
* Represent the company professionally while maintaining a strong corporate image.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
* Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience in the Kuwait market.
* Strong network of contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and decision-makers within Kuwait’s construction industry.
* Experience in architectural products, aluminum systems, hardware, doors, windows, glass, building materials, or related industries is highly preferred.
* Valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory (owning a car is an advantage).
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
* Strong experience in preparing quotations and following up until order completion.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications (ERP/CRM experience is an advantage).
