Required Sales Manager

Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate or fitness industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team towards common goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of adapting to changing market conditions.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively without compromising quality.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully, fostering long-term partnerships.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage in the local market.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite to track sales activities and performance.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
