Job description: We are seeking Sales Representative join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products or services. This role involves working closely with our indoor sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and preferences.
• Effectively communicate product or service features and benefits to potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
• Build and maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• DESIRED SKILLS:
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in Aluminum, Decorative, is a plus.
• Proficient in using sales software CAD and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
