Required Sales Representative
To spearhead our sales efforts and foster relationships with potential clients. This role requires the individual to identify and pursue new sales prospects actively, while also meeting set sales targets.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by effectively managing client interactions, negotiating deals, generating leads, qualifying potential customers, and overseeing product and service sales. As an external Sales Representative or Sales Agent, they
will also conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of the competition.
• Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will have the following key responsibilities:
• Cultivate strong relationships and network within the construction industry and formwork suppliers. This includes engaging with architects, interior decorators, builders, dealers, and construction/furniture-related retail businesses in Kuwait.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand and influence prospective clients’ decision-making processes effectively.
• Prepare for sales calls and manage client visits, showcasing our products and services with sample presentations.
• Identify and establish contact with potential customers in the assigned territory through thorough research and understanding of the market.
• Ensure timely responses to all sales leads and key correspondence within set timelines.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analyze industry trends, including sales statistics and competitor activities. Provide insightful reports and recommendations based on findings.
• Arrange and conduct product demonstrations with potential customers to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
• Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Attend industry trade shows to discover potential sales leads and explore new opportunities.
• Generate and submit comprehensive sales reports to management, keeping them informed about progress and achievements.
• Effectively present and sell our products and services to both current and new business customers during sales visits.
• Engage in daily calls and face-to-face meetings with customers to address their needs and provide excellent service.
• Educate customers about how our products or services can positively impact them financially and professionally.
• Keep abreast of the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to better understand customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing department to contribute to the development and promotion of our brand.

• To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
• Possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Exhibit proficiency in computer usage.
• Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
• Hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in spoken Arabic will be highly preferred and considered an added advantage.
• Have a valid driving license and access to a car (essential for the role).
• Experience in selling hardware or building materials will be a valuable advantage.
