Lead and manage a team of architects and draftsmen in the preparation of working drawings and construction documents.
Prepare and ensure all drawings comply with design intent, building codes, and industry standards.
Review and approve drawings and details, providing constructive feedback to team members.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other disciplines to ensure integration of architectural and technical requirements.
Conduct regular meetings with the design team to monitor progress, resolve issues, and promote collaboration.
Provide technical support during construction, including responding to RFIs and clarifications.
