Job Description

REQUIRED VEHICLE COORDINATOR

Job Role:
• Receipt and recording of daily bookings for service/repair/accident.
•Scheduling and advising customer on vehicle pick-up date/time for
service/repair/accident.

• Arranging delivery of all service ready vehicles to customers.
• Inspect all the vehicles coming to Autolease and make Inspection report.
• Reporting to Autolease Manager on day to day activity on Replacement, Accidents,
Service Due,
•Ready Vehicle, Pending police reports and weekly verification summary.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in related field (leasing & rental in automotive
industry would be an advantage).
• Age below 35 years old.
• High School / Diploma.
• Good English & Arabic communication skills (read, write & speak).
• Computer literate.
• Hold valid Kuwait driver’s license
• Kuwait based; Transferable visa #18 (No Golden/VIP/Project/Factory Visa).
