Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to manage our Warehouse operations in Kuwait.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently to ensure that the standards of quality, and safety are achieved. Job holders will create sops for the optimization of resources and space utilization.
2. Adherence to QMS: Develop and implement processes to see that the operations are carried out as per agreed standards.
3. Safety: Manage and train warehouse staff in safety norms and carry out checks to ensure that all operations are carried out safely without any incidents or accidents.
4. Fleet Management: Ensure that the vehicles, and equipment are maintained regularly to prevent service failures, and breakdowns and keep maintenance costs low.
5. Leadership: Motivate, develop, and train the warehouse staff for better performance, and company profitability
6. Problem-solving: Identify problem areas and areas of improvement and design solutions promptly to resolve the issues.
7. Budgeting: Prepare a budget forecast for the warehouse in consultation with the manager and Finance for better financial planning, cost savings and to achieve the targets set by the management.
Candidate profile
1. Graduate
2. Good experience in Warehouse Management system is a MUST.
3. 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, of which at least 2 years must be at the managerial level.
4. QMS knowledge
5. MS Office
6. Driving license
7. Transferable visa
