About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Sales Operations Officer to join our dynamic CRM and Aftersales team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between customers, the projects department, and our site teams — ensuring every project runs smoothly from the moment it’s handed over until the final brushstroke.

Key Responsibilities

·        – Ensure that each customer/project file is complete and ready for scheduling and execution.

·        – Act as the first point of contact for customers once the project is transferred to our department.

·        – Clearly communicate with customers about: project transfer status, appointment range, and exact execution date, as well as daily follow-ups and site progress updates.

·        – Send and receive project schedules between the Sales Operations and Projects departments.

·        – Inform customers about their scheduled execution date range and reconfirm exact dates 48 hours before execution.

·        – Monitor and follow up on daily site activities with supervisors.

·        – Handle and resolve any site obstacles through active and professional communication with customers.

·        – Track and update project schedules in coordination with the projects coordinator.

·        – Collect feedback from salesmen about critical projects and coordinate special execution dates with the projects department.

Qualifications & Skills

·        – Proficient in Microsoft Excel and daily reporting tools.

·        – Knowledge of contracting, finishing, and paints industry processes.

·        – Strong follow-up and communication skills.

·        – Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

·        – High level of patience, tolerance, and problem-solving ability.

·        – Familiarity with AI tools for reporting, data analysis, or workflow optimization is a plus.

·        – Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
