Job Opportunity – Outdoor Sales Engineer

We are looking for an Outdoor Sales Engineer who is passionate, experienced, and motivated to grow with us in the paints, decorative finishes, and construction sector.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in paints, decorative finishes, or the construction industry.
• Strong network and relationships with engineers, engineering offices, and contracting companies.
• Priority will be given to candidates with sales experience and an academic or practical background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Design.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
• Must be currently based in Kuwait (mandatory).
• Transferable residency within Kuwait.
• Valid driving license and personal car.
• Strong personality with excellent persuasion skills and the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Well-organized with strong customer follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in preparing and submitting sales reports to management.
• Effective in coordination and follow-up across departments.
• Arab nationality.
• Good command of English.
• Appropriate academic qualification.
