Job Description
Required Area Manager
– Responsible for the profitability of all the branches within designated area, understanding the revenue and expenditure by branch to be able to develop action plans.
– 3-5 years experience in retail sales (Financial services
industry/ foreign exchange preferable), with 2 years at supervisoy level in Kuwait.
– Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills.
– Excellent interpersonal skills.
Deliver the highest standard of customer service.
– Master’s degree holder. Preferably with MBA in Sales & Marketing.
MS Office proficiency.
– Fluent in English.
– Valid Kuwait Driving License.
– Transferable Visa 18 and ready to join
