المهام الوظيفية

تجهيز وتحضير المكونات قبل الطهي

مساعدة الشيف في إعداد وتجهيز الأطباق

المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب منطقة العمل والمطبخ

استلام وتخزين المواد الغذائية بطريقة صحيحة

الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والنظافة الغذائية

دعم فريق المطبخ أثناء أوقات الضغط

المهارات المطلوبة

خبرة سابقة كمساعد طاهي أو في مجال المطاعم

معرفة أساسية بطرق تحضير الطعام

القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل

الالتزام بالنظافة والدقة والسرعة

القدرة على اتباع تعليمات الشيف

A Chef Assistant is required in Kuwait.
Part Time Salary: 160 KD
Full Time Salary: 220 KD
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize ingredients before cooking.
Assist the chef in food preparation and kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Receive and store food supplies properly.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Support the kitchen team during busy hours.
Required Skills:
Previous experience as a Chef Assistant or in the restaurant industry.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
Good hygiene practices and attention to detail.
Ability to follow chef instructions efficiently.
