Location: Kuwait
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves working closely with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions related to our aluminum facade products.
Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in customers and handle inquiries regarding our aluminum facade products.
Provide detailed information about our products, including specifications, pricing, and delivery options.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the best solutions to meet their needs.
Prepare and present quotations and proposals to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to secure sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the outdoor sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an indoor sales role, preferably in the construction or aluminum industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and convey them effectively to customers.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge of the Kuwait market and customer base is advantageous.
