Job Description
Required Marketing Specialist
• Developing and implementing marketing campaigns for our products and services, both online and offline.
Preparing and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences.
Analyzing campaigns to increase ROIl and other KPIs.
Evaluating the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and activities, and making recommendations for improvement.
Collaborating with other departments and external partners to ensure alignment of our marketing goals and objectives.
Disseminating knowledge about pharmacy products, e.g. proper usage, dosage amounts, and side effects.
ldentifying seasonal trends, topics, and local insights.
. Following up on competitors’ offers & providing feedback and recommendations.
• Following up on stock levels & consumption rates.
Qualifications:
University degree with Medical or Pharmaceutical Education Background.
Marketing degree is preferable.
At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry/ Pharmacies.
Creativity, innovation, problem-solving, strategic thinking skills.
Advanced skills with MS office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
Distinct understanding of numbers and analytical way of thinking.
Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
