Job Description
Required Retail Operations Supervisor
– Supervise e-commerce staff, including customer service representatives, warehouse associates, fulfillment specialists, and digital marketing personnel.
– Assist with managing and monitoring daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory updates, pricing, and promotions.
– Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance standards while addressing performance issues promptly, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
– Develop and implement workflow processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
– Monitor branch efficiency and workflow to avoid long customer wait times.
– Accurately pick, pack, secure, and ship customer orders within designated timeframes and verify order accuracy by cross-checking items and quantities against packing slips and orders.
– Verify shipping labels and documentation for accuracy.
– Inspect products for defects or damages before shipping.
– Monitor website traffic, sales performance, fulfillment times, and conversion rates using analytics tools and provide feedback to management.
– Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across both sales and fulfillment.
– Print shipping labels, invoices, and other required documentation to complete fulfillment process.
– Track and manage returns, exchanges, and refunds according to policy.
– Work with shipping carriers to ensure all pick-ups are scanned and accounted for appropriately when leaving the facility.
– Supervise branch operations, including teller transactions, account services, and cash handling.
– Perform weekly/monthly/quarterly operational audits/tests, verification of logs.
– Produce and maintain daily/weekly/monthly branch reports.
– Support retail sales and service initiatives and ensure customer service excellence.
– Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low inventory to management to verify against web quantities to avoid over-selling or out-of-stock errors.
– Participate in all inventory counts and audits as assigned by management.
Qualifications
– 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics.
– Experience with e-commerce, warehouse, and shipping software.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
– High management skills
