Job Description
Required Employee Relations Specialist
Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Must be able to obtain a Host Country Driver’s License
Experience:
Minimum five (5) years of Human Resources disciplines experience required, with three (3) of those being in employee/labor relations including personnel investigations and conflict/complaint resolution and a minimum of two (2) years in an OCONUS contracting environment working in Human Resources is highly desirable.
Candidate must also possess proficiency in EEO guidelines, and standard Human Resources policies/practices.
Must also be able to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
