 المهام الوظيفية

 استقطاب عملاء جدد وتطوير فرص الأعمال

 بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين وأصحاب المشاريع

 إعداد العروض الفنية والتجارية وعروض الأسعار

 تقديم العروض التوضيحية للمنتجات وتوفير الدعم الفني للعملاء

 التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات

 التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بكفاءة

 متابعة السوق والمنافسين واحتياجات العملاء

 المتطلبات

 خبرة من سنتين إلى 5 سنوات في المبيعات

 مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والعرض

 شخصية مبادرة وقادرة على تحقيق الأهداف

 يفضل امتلاك رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية

✅ Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Identify and develop new business opportunities.
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
🔹 Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
🔹 Deliver product presentations and provide technical support to customers.
🔹 Negotiate, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
🔹 Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
🔹 Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

🎯 Requirements:

✔️ 2–5 years of experience in sales (technical sales experience is preferred).
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔️ Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
✔️ A valid Kuwaiti driving license is preferred.
