✅ المهام الوظيفية

 استقطاب عملاء جدد وتطوير فرص الأعمال

 بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين وأصحاب المشاريع

 إعداد العروض الفنية والتجارية وعروض الأسعار

 تقديم العروض التوضيحية للمنتجات وتوفير الدعم الفني للعملاء

 التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات

 التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بكفاءة

 متابعة السوق والمنافسين واحتياجات العملاء

🎯 المتطلبات

 بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو المدنية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة

 خبرة من سنتين إلى 5 سنوات في المبيعات الفنية أو هندسة المبيعات

 يفضل من لديه خبرة في مواد البناء أو قطاع الإنشاءات أو المنتجات المعمارية

 مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والعرض

 شخصية مبادرة وقادرة على تحقيق الأهداف

 يفضل امتلاك رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Engineer to become part of our growing team. If you have a passion for technical sales, client relationship management, and delivering innovative solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Identify and develop new business opportunities.
✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
✔️ Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
✔️ Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support.
✔️ Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
✔️ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
✔️ Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
✔️ 2–5 years of experience in Technical Sales or Sales Engineering.
✔️ Experience in building materials, construction, architectural products, or related industries is a strong advantage.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔️ Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
✔️ Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.
