🚨 We Are Hiring – Tender Manager (Healthcare Sector)

We are looking for a highly experienced Tender Manager / Tender Specialist with strong expertise in Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH) tenders, specifically in medical consumables and pharmaceuticals.

📍 Location: Kuwait (Local hiring only)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

– Monitor and track MOH tenders on a daily basis

– Prepare and submit tender documents in full compliance with MOH requirements

– Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain quotations

– Prepare costing sheets, commercial offers, and tender submissions

– Handle tender envelopes, documentation, and submission deadlines

– Arrange product samples for submitted tenders

– Follow up on tender results and award notifications

– Manage post-award processes including:

– Purchase Orders (POs)

– Supplier coordination

– Delivery schedules with MOH

– Coordinate shipment documentation and clearance with logistics teams

🔹 Requirements:

– Proven experience in MOH Kuwait tenders (medical disposables & pharmaceuticals is a must)

– Strong knowledge of tender procedures, documentation, and compliance

– Experience in handling end-to-end tender processes (A–Z)

– Good communication skills with suppliers, clients, and internal teams

– Strong organizational and follow-up skills

– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

– Based in Kuwait with transferable visa

🎯 Preferred Candidate:

– Previously worked as Tender Officer / Tender

– Manager in a medical company

– Experience dealing with government entities (MOH, KOC, KISR, etc.)

– Ready to join immediately
