We are hiring for the position of Jewelry Workshop Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and supervise daily workshop operations.

✅ Lead and organize gold and silver craftsmen and technicians.

✅ Ensure high-quality standards in jewelry manufacturing and finishing.

✅ Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.

✅ Follow up on envelopes/jobs received from the showroom and ensure accurate execution.

✅ Coordinate between the workshop and sales team.

✅ Control material usage, minimize waste, and maintain accountability.

✅ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as a workshop manager or senior supervisor in gold & silver jewelry manufacturing.

✅ Strong knowledge of jewelry making processes (casting, setting, polishing, finishing).

✅ Leadership and team management skills.

✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

✅ Strong attention to detail and quality control.

✅ Honest, reliable, and well-organized.
