Job Description
We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our ozone pharmacy team.
Required Purchasing Specialist
To be successful as a Purchasing Specialist, you should have excellent organizational, communication,
analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, such
as business, finance, accounting or pharmacy field, and at least two years of experience ina similar role.
You should be able to work well under pressure with different departments and teams within
organization and with external partners and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Managing inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock of essential items.
Monitoring market trends and product availability to anticipate and avoid supply
shortages or disruptions.
Evaluating supplier performance and quality and resolving any issues or complaints.
Supports in preparing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and other
documents related to purchasing activities.
Collaborating with pharmacists, cashiers and store stuff to ensure compliance with
purchasing policies and procedures.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and products that meet
our quality standards and customer needs.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve purchasing efficiency and reduce
costs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, finance, Accounting or pharmacy
Two years of experience in a related role specially in pharmacies or medical sector
High Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Previous experience in Odoo is added value
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work well with different departments and teams within the organization and
with external partners and vendors
